Salad Bar inauguration at William J. Dean Technical High School on December 2, 2008. Promoting healthy eating with a salad bar -- a project of the Holyoke Food and Fitness Policy Council with pilot funding from W.K. Kellogg Foundation. The salad bar will be run and maintained by the Culinary Department at Dean Tech, using locally-grown fruits and vegetables.
